We aim to dispatch items on the day that you place an order, however sometimes this is not possible but, in any case, you should receive your goods in 2-3 working days if you choose our Standard Delivery option. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
All orders are sent via a tracked and signed for service which requires a signature, you may prefer to choose a delivery address where you know someone will be available to accept the delivery.
We deliver online orders to mainland UK and to most countries worldwide. Larger items will be sent via a reputable courier company and delivery costs will be advised before payment checkout online or over the phone; overseas destinations will be advised by email or phone.

If circumstances beyond our control delay the arrival of your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed by telephone or email.
Duties and Taxes
International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order. Padstow Gallery Ltd is legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.
Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.
We will try our best to fulfil every order as specified in our terms but delays and cancellations may occur for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers for the full amount immediately. Incidentally, if you wish you cancel your order with us, for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to refund you immediately if the item has yet to be dispatched.
In the event that you want to return an item please make sure that it meets one of the following criteria:
Unwanted Items or gifts must be returned to the gallery in a fully saleable condition at the customers expense in exchange for a credit note (valid for 1 year). Damaged items must be reported to us within 10 working days of receipt. If your item is delivered by courier and the packaging is damaged, please sign for the parcel as damaged or refuse receipt. Non-refundable goods include personalised or commissioned items and earrings.
