Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch items on the day that you place an order, however sometimes this is not possible but in any case, you should receive your goods in 2-3 working days if you choose our Standard Delivery option.

If you need your goods more quickly there is a Next Day option for orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday, if there is any delay we will get in touch with you by telephone or email to let you know.

We deliver online orders to mainland UK and to most countries worldwide. Larger items will be sent via a reputable courier company and delivery costs will be advised before payment checkout online or over the phone; overseas destinations will be advised by email or phone.

If circumstances beyond our control delay the arrival of your order, we will endeavour to keep you informed by telephone or email.

Returns

In the event that you want to return an item please make sure that it meets one of the following criteria:


  • Unwanted Items or gifts must be returned to the gallery in a fully saleable condition at the customers expense in exchange for a credit note (valid for 1 year)
  • Damaged items must be reported to us within 10 working days of receipt. If your item is delivered by courier and the packaging is damaged, please sign for the parcel as damaged or refuse reciept.
  • Non-refundable goods include personalised or commissioned items and earrings
